Born Emmanuel Kwesi Danso Arthur Jnr, he was nominated for the best international act at the BET Awards in 2018. He became the second Ghanaian rapper to be nominated for BET Hip Hop Awards Cypher after Sarkodie’s nomination in 2019.

Kwesi Arthur is well known for ‘Grind Day‘ off his debut album “Live From Nkrumah Krom”. He later featured BET award winner Sarkodie and AMG Business rapper, Medikal on the remix.
